The Northland Training Facility offers speed and agility training for athletes in the Kansas City Missouri Metro Area. Our affordable speed and agility classes are high tempo group classes used to introduce fitness, flexiblity, fundamentals and form to young athletes. All classes are held at the Northland Training Facility located in North Kansas City at the corner of 12th and Swift St.
Our Speed and Agility Class is Phase I and an introduction into our Elite Training Class which is Phase II. These classes are open to any athlete within any grade level and have produced outstanding results over the past 11 years however these classes also will see more younger athletes attending and we stress form and fundamentals while preaching to our athletes to "Do It Right Before You Do It Fast". We recommend this class for all first time attendees to the Northland Training Facility and highly suggest this class for athletes in the 4th Grade and below. As an athlete shows improvement and begins to perfect their form and fundamentals and is ready for high tempo of training, we then suggest athletes to attend our Elite Training Class which usually have older athletes and are held at a higher tempo.
Our classes are open to the public so any athlete, both boys and girls, for any sport can attend our classes.

WE EMPHASIZE AND REWARD EFFORT IN OUR CLASSES
Our goal is to teach our athletes that your effort is important. Hard Work = Improvement = Success which will get you results. Each class we select an Effort Champion which is picked by the class instructors for the athlete who worked the hardest and went the extra mile. This is not given to the athlete who jumps the highest or who runs the fastest but who gives the most effort for that class. This allows each and every athlete the same opportunity to be the Effort Champion. Champions then have their picture taken with one of our Championship Belts and our posted on our Northland Training Facility Facebook Page.
